| The main part of this film was recorded at Charleroi, Palais des Expos, on 27th September 1975, this legendary gig captures the classic Van der Graaf line up of Hugh Banton, Guy Evans, David Jackson and Peter Hammill on their 1975 French tour. Although the band only recently reformed following Peter Hammills solo projects, Van der Graaf immediately create their own unique levels of intensity and vision as they take us through the entire Godbluff album. Complimenting this stunning performance, is rare continental studio footage from the early 1970s featuring incendiary performances of Theme One and the whole of A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers. |
