Kristin Korb's exuberant, rapid vocalese style and open spirit so impressed legendary jazz musician Ray Brown that he brought her to the attention of Telarc Jazz. The result is Introducing Kristin Korb, featuring the Ray Brown Trio, an exciting showcase for the young singer.
Brown, who has worked with such legendary jazz singers as the late divas Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday, wrote twelve special arrangements which highlight Korb's vocalese streams and leaps.
