Jazz
Recorded: May 5, 2005
Born 1946 in Brooklyn, NY, Dave Liebman is one of the most important saxophone-players of today. He played at the side of all big names in Jazz over the last decades: Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Richie Beirach, Al Foster, Billy Hart, John Scofield, to name a few. He is present on more than 300 records and as well is one of the heroes of all young saxophone students worldwide. His technical skills and his creativity appears to be without limitations, his range of expressions, from classical influences to avantgarde, is unique. This brandnew Trio Album presents two other real giants on their instruments and known to every serious jazz connaisseur: Steve Swallow on bass and Adam Nussbaum on drums.
