Wayne Horvitz's first "Zony Mash unplugged" record (originally released in 2000 as American Bandstand), with Horvitz on piano plus Tim Young (guitars), Keith Lowe (bass) and Andy Roth (drums). Unlike Zony Mash, though, this band still tours! Blends introspective chamber jazz and Satie-like impressionism with Americana, waltzes, a tango, and even surf guitar.
