Filmed live at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham, The Road To Hell And Back captures Chris Rea in fine fettle as he takes us through 17 classics (including Let's Dance, Road To Hell and Easy Rider). Chris's songs are performed in an intimate setting and that famous gravelly voice holds the entire audience along with some very bluesy guitars.
Disc 2 features a documentary of life on the road on the Farewell Tour and is as illuminating as it is engaging. The special hardback-book type packaging looks amazing and comes with 4 free postcards, which should sell well in the gifting season in the lead-up to Christmas. Also available is the double-disc amaray version which also features artwork and paintings by Chris. |
