Almost three decades after the release of their debut album, Saga still is one of the world's leading melodic progressive rock acts. Albums like Silent Knight, Heads or Tales and Worlds Apart now serve as milestones in a history that has yet to lose any of its magic. Now the release of World's Apart Revisited can serve as testimony to this fact.
This double CD/DVD is a documentation of a very special, single live performance (which was filmed and recorded in Pratteln, Switzerland in 2005). It presents an interesting "cross-section" style look at Saga's career as the band perform their extraordinary successful album, Worlds Apart, in its entirety, along with newer material. It also features interviews with the band from the 80s as a special bonus. |
