The repertoire is drawn from Jimmy Smith classics with such favorites as "Mack the Knife", "The Preacher", "Walk on the Wild Side" and others. Showing an acute awareness of Smith's contribution to the jazz organ, Joey remains completely his own man while giving an affectionate nod of appreciation towards the older master.
