This CD combines 2 albums on one CD, Pathways To Unknown Worlds + Friendly Love. Pathways was originally released on LP in the mid 70s on Impulse Records, remaining in print for less than one year. Evidence has remixed from the original four track tapes, and added a bonus track. Friendly Love is an early '70s album that is being released for the very first time. Extensive liner notes by Ra biographer, John Szwed, are included, reviewing Sun Ra's recording and Evidence's mastering techniques. |
