This has got to be, arguably, the best and most extraordinary (two hours long) concert of Sun Ra's, that has ever been released on CD for the first time!
It was originally released by the Praxis label as three LPs.
The tapes have been completely remastered to present the all-time Sun Ra classic with Arkestra going through both Ra's timeless hits and jazz standards with the two thousand Greeks going crazy!
The version of Mack the Knife or Marshall Allen's solo on Cocktails for Two will make you smile for weeks.
