Since her 1987 debut, Keiko Matsui has emerged as one of contemporary instrumental music's most distinctive and innovative composers. Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, DEEP BLUE features her signature blend of elegant, contemporary jazz - with a deep spirituality, a classical flair, and a cool, R&B groove.
The title track, Deep Blue, is the first of ten incredibly dynamic compositions offered by this world-renowned artist. The tranquil experiences of Trees and Rose in Morocco reaffirm her uncanny ability to deliver intensity through simplicity.
