First formed in 1982 by Tony McMillan, rockabilly band The Krewmen got their first break in 1985 touring as Elvis Presley's early band in Elvis The Musical. Later that year (following a line-up change) they signed to Lost Moment Records and released two singles "What You Are Today" and "Rambling", and toured relentlessly around the UK and Europe. Around this time Tony became disillusioned with playing and recording covers. He once more changed the line-up and began producing his own, harder edged compositions. The Krewmen soon established themselves on the psychobilly scene playing to packed houses, recording seven albums and selling thousands of records and CDs worldwide.

Featured here for the first time on DVD are 5 rarely seen promo clips from the band at he height of their success. This DVD includes a full live show recorded at Billy's in Stoke on Trent, England.

The first ever DVD to feature one of the best loved and successful bands to emerge from the Psychobilly / Rockabilly genre - The Krewmen. The Krewmen were formed in 1982 by lead writer, and later frontman, Tony Mcmillan. After a few years of playing the UK pub circuit their break came when chosen to play the backing band in "Elvis - The Musical" - a show which toured North America and the UK for a year in the mid-1980's.

On the back of those shows the band signed to Lost Moment records and released a series of classic Psychobilly albums over the next few years - gaining a reputation as one of the best live bands from the genre along the way.

The band are now veterans of the scene - but still as popular as ever, having released ten albums and played hundreds of shows around the world. They still continue to tour both the UK, Europe, North America and Japan, with each country still turning out fans by the bucketload.

"Legend Of The Krewmen" features a full show from the band at legendary UK Psychobilly venue "Billy's" in the early 1990's. Amongst the tracks included are excellent versions of The Clash's "Should I Stay Or Should I Go" and the Monkees "Steppin' Stone", along with many of the band's most popular original songs. Bonus material comes in the form of five promo videos for classic period Krewmen singles.
