This DVD package contains performances from 2 concerts which took place in 2004 and 2002. The band officially sanctions the release and both emanate from the band's video archive.
Post-punk veterans The Fall demonstrate the apparently bottomless nature of their creative font with a bevy of releases in 2005. Having spawned a small movement in the 1970s and 80s, as well as countless imitators, with their characteristic snarling, discordant guitars, and Mark E. Smith's half-spoken, cynical lyrics, the group continues to consistently produce innovative work. The "Punkcast" concert featured on this Volume of ACCESS ALL AREAS took place in 2004 at New York's Knitting Factory, while "Live at the Garage" was recorded in London in 2002. The songs included "Horror in Clay," "Mr Pharmacist," "Antidotes," and "Way Round," among many others. |
