After his acclaimed experience backing drummer for Brad Mehldau, Mark Turner and Kurt Rosenwinkel, or taking part as of the crossover band, the Bloomdaddies. This is Jordi Rossy's debut album as a pianist and in front of his own trio too. The band, which includes organist Albert Sanz and R.J. Miller on drums, displays such a exceptional complicity and total aesthetic afinity taking benefit of the musical world of everyone of his members.
The odd piano-organ ensemble is quiet rich, bringing forward an euphoric amount of possibilities that move away from the piano trio traditional setting, in an unusual space, without stylistic references, that urges to find new forms picked up from the intimate universe of every one of the players.
