With "Something Real', Paul Seaforth presents his sophomore release for Rhombus Records and delves into new musical territories. Known for his Jazz trumpet playing and singing on his first release for Rhombus "When Did You Leave Heaven", on "Something Real" Paul now enters the area of Americana music and Jazz-infused Pop. On "Just The Two Of Us" and "Blackbird", Paul shows his Pop side, and on "No More Blues", he shows his Latin side. Other tunes include originals "In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening", "I Wasn't Ready for You" and "Slowburn". With "Something Real", Paul Seaforth shows his diversity of talents with some of the best musicians in the San Diego, CA area. |
