George Lynch is an American guitarist (Top 10 Metal Guitarists of All Time" by Gibson), best known for his work with the heavy metal band Dokken and his solo band Lynch Mob. This album is an absolute Gem of artistic expression. It contains powerful vocal tunes, crunchy modern metal songs and of course his unique virtuoso guitar instrumentals. The album opens with a psychedelic intro called "Memory Jack", which derives into the explosive instrumental "Love Power From The Mama Head". The last track "Tierra Del Fuego" is an flamenco/latin instrumental with George Lynch showing he’s also a great riff master, playing together with “guest-star-guitarist” Derryl Gabel, who’s shining on his own on the final of this criminally underrated album. |
