Track 1 was recorded for "Black Liberation Dub Chapter 2" in 1994. Released on 12" as The Ultimate Experience In Dub, and appeared on the album Mad Professor - Anti-Racist Dub Broadcast as "Dangerous Escapades Of Dub". Track 2 was recorded at Gautrey Road, Peckham, October 1982. and published first on Beyond The Realms Of Dub (Dub Me Crazy! The Second Chapter). Track 3 was first released on A Caribbean Taste Of Technology in 1985. Track 4 was recorded at Bruce Road in 1981 and released on Dub Me Crazy 3: The African Connection. Track 5 was the B-side of the 12" The Wild Bunch (2) - Mr President Man / Rat Race, recorded October 1983 during the "Asylum Of Dub" sessions. Track 6 was recorded in 1986 and appeared on The Robotiks - My Computer's Acting Strange and on the B-side of John McLean / Professor Doppler - If I Give My Heart To You / Doppler Effect. Track 7 was recorded in 1987 at Whitehorse Lane. This track was later used by Aisha for "Guide And Protect" from the album Aisha - High Priestess and also appeared on Mad Professor - Dub Me Crazy Part 7: The Adventures Of A Dub Sampler. Track 8 was recorded in November 1987 and appeared on Mad Professor - Dub Me Crazy Part 7: The Adventures Of A Dub Sampler. Track 9 was recorded at Gautrey Road. The original version was called "Nice Children Of Israel" by Michael Prophet. It became quite famous as "Invasion" from Macka B's debut Sign Of The Times. Track 10 is taken from the LP Jah Shaka Meets Mad Professor - At Ariwa Sounds from 1984.The most known version is "My Opinion" by Pato Banton from Mad Professor & Pato Banton - Mad Professor Captures Pato Banton. Track 11 was released in 1982 on Beyond The Realms Of Dub (Dub Me Crazy! The Second Chapter). Recorded at the very first studio in Bruce Road. Track 12 was recorded in 1984 and is taken from Mad Professor - Dub Me Crazy Part Five: Who Knows The Secret Of The Master Tape?. It features the vocals for Aisha's "Creator" and is also on the first Ariwa recordings to use the drum machine. Sampled by many artists, e.g. The Orb for "The Blue Room". Track 13 is taken from Mad Professor - Dub Me Crazy Vol. 6: Schizophrenic Dub. Recorded at Bruce Road in 1986. Track 14 was recorded 1984 and released on Mad Professor - Dub Me Crazy Part Five: Who Knows The Secret Of The Master Tape?. |
