The Situationists
A manic millennium on millennium eve, 31st December 1999, Manic Street Preachers played the biggest headline show of their career at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
In front of a sold out crowd of 60,000 manics fans who travelled from all corners of the globe for this event, the band played a set of twenty songs including their recent No.1 'The Masses Against The Classes'. Leaving the 20th Century is a full length video and DVD of this momentous day.
Leaving the 20th Century is the full concert, including pre and post gig interviews with the band, footage of the soundcheck and rehearsals plus interviews with the fans on the night. With sleeve design by Mark Farrow and incorporating photos by the band's long standing photographic collaborator Mitch Ikeda Leaving the 20th Century is released on Sony Video. |
