Formed in 1977, ATV was the brainchild of Mark Perry, the then editor of probably the most seminal and revered of all Punk fanzines, Sniffin' Glue. There have been numerous line-up changes throughout the band's twenty-eight year history, but perry remains the focal point of the group.
