Eddie Money was best known for his husky voice and his blue-collar persona as a
working-class rocker. His biggest hits; “Walk On Water”, “Baby Hold On”, “Peace In Our
Time”, “I Wanna Go Back”, “Think I’m In Love”, “Two Tickets To Paradise” and “Take Me
Home Tonight”, the song with the chorus that interpolates the Ronettes’ 1963 hit “Be
My Baby”, with original vocalist Ronnie Spector reprising her role. In 1987, he received
a best rock vocal Grammy nomination for ‘‘Take Me Home Tonight. This compilation also
includes two LIVE bonus cuts that were issued only on promotional E.P.’s |
