Recorded live at the Convocation Hall, University of Toronto on August 22nd 1974 and at the Schaefer Central Park Music Festival, New York City (under the auspices of the F & M Schaefer Brewing Co.) on August 31st 1974.
The Toronto concert recorded by Enactron Studios Mobile Unit.
The New York concert recorded by Record Plant Mobile Unit.
Mixing carried out at Olympic Studios and Command Studios, London, England in September 1974.
Disc Two and Disc Three:
Recorded live at the Schaefer Central Park Music Festival, New York City (under the auspices of the F & M Schaefer Brewing Co.) on August 31st 1974.
Recorded on the Record Plant Mobile Unit.
Mixed from the original 16-track master tapes at Blitz Productions, London in July 2010.
The remastered expanded edition:
