DAVID BYRON shot to worldwide fame as lad singer for Uriah Heep between 1969 and 1976 when he quit the band after infighting between him and Ken Hensley.
David then formed ROUGH DIAMOND followed by BYRON BAND and then embarked on a solo career. Sadly David died in 1985 of allegedly alcohol related complications.
The track on this album were recorded between 1980 and 1982 with ROBERT GEORGE who has worked over the years with an impressive array of rock giants (ROBERT PLANT, GLENN HUGHES, PHILIP LYNOTT, PETE WAY to name a few) and are a testament to both individuals of their stunning performance and Robin's much acclaimed song writing skills.
