Willie Nelson played as a child and teenager in country bands. He is one of the biggest stars of the genre at all and was represented until today with over 100 singles on the U.S. country charts. Following the release of his debut 45er 'Lumberjack' in 1956, he moved to Nashville, where he sold his own demos and thus ushered in his career authors.
