The Amsterdam based collective 45ACIDBABIES consists of four different personalities who -
often in a pretty explosive way - manage to push themselves creatively through one door. The
band attracts the attention with light-inflammable, groundbreaking live shows, in which elements
of hip hop, dance punk, garage rock and pop shine through in smart and original ways. This bold,
all-embracing approach is accompanied by bizarre visual images and props. After sold-out club
tours at home and abroad and four singles produced by Simon Akkermans (C-Mon & Kypski),
"Amber19" is the result of a special journey. The band is steadily developing as one of the most
exciting live acts of the moment, with support shows for The xx, Sleigh Bells, De Staat and
Millionaire as a nice reward. |
