| It's now more than two years since the tragic, premature death of Amy Winehouse at the young age of 27. The fact that, had Amy lived, she would have recently turned 30 somehow brings back the full sorrowful impact of this devastating event, and we mostly cannot help ourselves from wondering where she would be today had she survived. And for most of us the even sadder conclusion is almost certainly making more superb music and with it brightening our lives even further than she did when alive. But at least Amy was allowed to leave a legacy which, albeit modest in size, was enormous in quality.
