This Savoy Jazz reissue features recordings by pianists Erroll Garner (from 1949) and Billy Taylor (from 1945 and 1949). Remastered at 24 bits, both sections showcase the musicians at the top of their form in the standard trio setting, although Taylor adds tenor saxophonist John Hardee on three tracks. This is superb mainstream jazz.
