There are 12 tunes on this cd; some of Clausen's favorites, a number of more or less reworked standards and a few selected works from the 52-year-old pianist's long career. The music is varied and at times almost naked. If Clausen made history with his first trio cd, "Rain", in 1980, this new one certainly adds a whole new chapter!
