One of the outstanding interpreters of the Great American Songbook, Blossom Dearie turned her attention to songs from the Broadway stage on this 1960 album, which has long been a cult favorite. Dearie’s characteristically wry interpretations of Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hart, and other masters are beautifully supported by the full orchestral arrangements of Russell Garcia.
