This album is the first of it's kind for Chita. Although she comes from the theater, she's a jazz musician at heart. This album reflects the intimate and warm-natured side of Chita that have become mainstays at her numerous concert appearances. It contains some of her classic theater songs as well as some of her favorite standards re-arranged and recorded by New York's finest jazz musicians. This recording is a realization of one of Chita's life long dreams. We are proud to bring it to both her theater fans and music aficionados alike who enjoy ground breaking records of its' kind. |
