 Jazz musician Charlie Parker was a musical legend. He was the subject of Clint Eastwood's recent feature film 'bird' and now the legend og Charlie Parker comes to life with the second part of the unique musical tribute. it features some of America's finest living jazz players and svingers including saxophonist Phil Woods, who in herited the master's acrual saxophone and has beed the leading light in the Be-Bop tradition ever since. Master lyricist and singers Jon Hendricks, the founding father of the legendary group, Lambert, Hendricks & Ross represents the vocal side of Parkeris music.
 Jon Hendricks' skill at putting lyrics to jazz classics was celebrated in his recent Grammy Award for his work om The Manhatten Transfer album 'Vocalese'
