Alto-man Phil Woods added ex-Horace Silver sideman, Tom Harrell on trumpet, to his long-standing quartet line-up to create what he describes as "a small version of a big band." Woods does equal justice to Ellington compositions "Heaven" and "Azure", and a Dave Brubeck title "The Duke", as well as the standard "I'm Getting Sentimental Over You", and less orthodox compositions by Harrell and Sam Rivers.
