The album features two songs (tracks 1 & 2) originally recorded for the "Stay Hungry"
album in 1984 but never completed. The band went back into the studio in 2001 and
finished them. Tracks 3 to 9 were recorded for a radio show on Halloween 1979 but
never broadcast and the remaining tracks were taken from radio sessions for WLIR
and WBAB.
